Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of complex tax returns
Develop & retain staff members through coaching, mentoring and consistent feedback
Keeping abreast of changes in industry regulations and tax codes
Promoting new ideas and solutions
Providing financial and assurance tax advice to clients

Qualifications:
7+ years of state & local tax experience.
Bachelors required, MBA or CPA preferred
Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to develop and maintain relationships
