SSC - LEAD ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PROCESSOR

As the SSC Lead Accounts Payable Processor you will be responsible for assisting the AP Supervisors with the day-to-day direction of accounts payable activities. This includes the training and development of our AP Processors, monitoring and reviewing workflow, and troubleshooting escalated AP issues. The lead processor also has responsibility for routine AP Processor activities including processing vendor invoices, and follow up activities involving district dealerships and vendors.

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

o Assist with Development and training of Accounts Payable personnel
o Serve as the primary contact for issue resolution concerning invoice processing, and vendor payment activities.
o Review AP statements for past due amounts and potential problems
o Review reports for vendor payments
o Resolve open vendor items with store and vendors
o Review invoices and purchase orders to ensure processing within SSC standards
o Assist with vendor projects and analysis as needed under the direction of the SSC Accounts Payable Manager, and supervisors

Required Qualifications:
Education Requirements:
o High school diploma
o AA Degree Preferred
Experience Requirements:
Ideal Candidate will have:

o 3-5 years Accounts Payable experience with 1-2 in a lead role
o Proven Leadership skills
o Strong ADP AP ability preferred
o Strong Excel Skills preferred
