SSC - HELP DESK ACCOUNTS PAYABLE

Purpose:
Help Desk Analyst will handle all calls coming into the Shared Service Center for support and resolve the service request, assist the dealership in SRC Link software to gain software information on titles, invoices ect. or log requests for follow up in the Service Desk product. Analysts will need to provide excellent customer service to callers and be able to assist them in using software over the phone. They will also provide information on processes, answer hot-to questions and handle emergency request appropriately.

Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience in a call center environment. Automotive, accounting automotive inventory, management and/or titling or at least 5 years in a customer service environment. Experience in handling customer request over the phone in an automotive environment.
