ING MORTGAGE WHOLESALE & CORRESPONDENT LENDING SR. LOAN/BROKER COORDINATORS Must have loan processing or jr underwriting exp with knowledge of industry standards & documentation. Must have extremely strong phone skills & be confident with brokers. Must be able to carry a pipeline of 60 files. FUNDERS/CLOSERS You need strong closing/doc exp. Must handle deadlines & high volume. Correspondent lending exp a plus. MORTGAGE COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST Must possess strong knowledge of State and Federal Regulations. Knowledge of HMDA, SOX requirements and RESPA required. Ability to perform file review and maintain reports is crucial. Candidate must assist with audits and examinations conducted by auditors.
