CeramTec North America's Laurens, S.C. facility is seeking to fill the position ofCost Accountant.
The position will report to the Controller and be accountable for: Costing all manufactured parts and purchased parts, Understanding how standard costs are generated in a manufacturing environment, Understanding manufacturing processes Identifying and explaining manufacturing variances to manufacturing departments, Help with control of inventory and cycle counts, General auditing functions and some journal entries and reconciliations, Other various duties when needed. 4 Year Degree from an accredited university in Accounting or Finance required 3-5 years background in a manufacturing standard costing environment.
