SOX/Financial Policy and Procedure Project Manager

BF Consultants, Inc. (an Accretive Solutions company) is a professional services firm with two offices in Southern California (LA/OC). We specialize in long-term projects focusing in the areas of accounting, finance, Sarbanes Oxley compliance, and information technology. Due to our recent growth, we are looking to add project focused professionals for current client opportunities in both Los Angeles and Orange County. Our primary goal is to build long-term relationships with our consultants, provide challenging opportunities, and offer very attractive pay rates with a solid benefits package.



Our compensation packages include both W-2 hourly plus overtime OR full time salaried positions for consultants. In addition we offer full benefits including 401K plan, life, health, vision, & dental insurance and bonus plans.

REQUIREMENTS
We are currently looking for a SOX/Financial Policy and Procedure Project Manager with the following skills:

Description:

Lead the SCAL Policy and Procedure Stakeholder Committee in identifying, priortizing and developing tools/templates for policy development.Manage the Policy and Procedure Practice and coordinate/facilitate business owner development of Regional Policies and procedures and ensuring alignment with SOX key control compliance. Strong meeting coordination and development. Supervisory skills. Minimum of 5+ years of healthcare experience in policies & procedures, internal auditing or project management. Educational requirements include a Bachelors Degree, MBA a Plus. Technical knowledge: MS Word, Excel, Access (a big plus), knowledge of Lotus Notes a big Plus. Diverse skills in the identification and resolution of business problems within a team setting. Excellent Oral, Written communication with presentation and negotiation skills required.
