Seeking a Sarbanes-Oxley Auditor who can go beyond the usual audit function… someone who is able to consistently use their skills and talents to truly make a difference in this progressive organization Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: * Carrying out SOX compliance work by analyzing, testing and documenting the key controls of a specific business or Information Technology process. * Coordinating with other SOX team members and work closely with management and their staff to apply evolving guidance from our external auditors and the PCAOB. Qualifications:* B.S degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Systems or a related field.* 1 – 3 years of business experience in a related field such as auditing, accounting, or information technology. * CISA, CIA or CPA certifications are preferred.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Access, Powerpoint, Word and Excel) is required.* Sarbanes-Oxley knowledge and previous audit experience is preferred.
