SOFTWARE SPECIALIST - BILLING

This position involves responsibility for the full range of training activity for Suncoast Solutions clients on the billing and accounts payable systems. The Specialist will develop and maintain training materials, develop client specific training schedules, analyze the financial business requirements for each client and instruct others in the use of software applications in a clear and concise manner. The Specialist will have responsibility for analyzing client needs and recommending consulting and training services and project plans for their financial systems.
REQUIREMENTS
Associates degree in accounting or computer related field with 5+ years of hospice/home care operations or at least ten years of experience plus 3+ years of prior training and public relations experience. Knowledge of Hospice/Home Health operations, accounting procedures, interdisciplinary care environment and documentation procedures required. Knowledge of HCFA, Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
Prefer 2+ years experience with windows based applications and prior experience with windows based clinical software products. Extensive Windows and Microsoft Office experience. General PC hardware troubleshooting experience.
