SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST

McLean, VA.Reporting to the VP of Finance, the candidate will provide a wide range of detailed and complex financial analysis for both internal and external audiences related to development, acquisition and management opportunities.Responsibilities will focus on the company's European expansion, and will include interacting with capital partners, coordinating internal and external resources with a minimum of direction, and overseeing key documentation requirements.Requirements:
Bachelors of Finance, with M.B.A. preferred
5+ years experience related to real estate finance
Expert knowledge of Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint (PeopleSoft a plus)
European financial, real estate or tax experience a plus
Ability to work independently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under pressure and deadlines
