SENIOR BILLING CLERK

We are currently accepting applications for a Senior Billing Clerk. The Sr.Billing Clerk under the general direction of the Billing Supervisor, will provide duties related to the receipt and application of customer payments and clerical work related to service orders and customer correspondence.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist all departments in investigating and answering customer questions,
preparing customer mailings and maximizing customer service and efficiency through use of Company billing system information. Relieve and assist in all duties of department including edits, adjustments, special billing, controls, data entry and computer operations. Reconcile, consolidate and transmit cash receipts, investigate and resolve bank errors and ensure computer systems proper function. Create manual, special, group, or other billings and adjustments.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Completion of the twelfth grade, or its equivalent and two years of
responsible billing, service and cash processing, customer service,
adjustments, service orders, correspondence and operations. Must have
strong computer skills, Microsoft proficiency including Excel and Word.
Familiar with complex enterprise level customer information systems. Good
written and oral communication skills required.
