SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER
JOB TITLE:
Account Manager
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of CBSi’s various client programs. These programs consist mainly of loyalty marketing, performance improvement, benefit and enhancement marketing, and specialized sales promotions to Fortune 1000 corporations and other business clients.
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration or Marketing
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of account management experience which will have included managing multiple client accounts and ensuring quality of all aspects of the business.
A high-energy, self-driven person, possessing flawless follow-through and an exceptional attention to detail is a must. Superior verbal and written communications skills are critical.
Incentive industry experience would be beneficial, but not required. A strong foundation in the areas of promotional marketing, database management or management consulting is a plus.
Ability to logically think through the steps of reward program rule structures, to work in a hands-on environment, and to understand strategic marketing, distribution channel management, program budget management, and timeline management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBITIES:
•Manage multiple client accounts
•Ensure quality of all aspects of the programs
•Develop, maintain and analyze program budgets and billing schedules
•Daily client interaction with regard to overall program management, and periodic timeline and budgetary negotiations
•Daily internal team interaction regarding communication of client requests, program changes, and timeline dates, invoicing inquiries, etc.
•Maintain working knowledge of program administration processes; logically think through program challenges
•Coordinate and produce program reviews and analysis, and evaluate and recommend enhancements for positive change to client programs
•Prepare proposals for sales enhancements and expanding programs within current assigned client base
