SEC Reporting Manager – Southern Pennsylvania

Fantastic opportunity for an SEC Reporting Manager to join a diversified conglomerate headquartered in the Southern PA area. This highly-visible position will be responsible for assisting with consolidations, all external reporting (10Ks, 10Qs, press releases, etc.), integrating new acquisitions into the company’s reporting processes, and special projects. This person should be a fast tracker and an explosive career path can be expected. Qualified candidates must be a self-starter and have a B.S. degree in accounting, 5+ years related work experience, and strong communication skills. CPA and SEC reporting experience required.
