SEC Reporting Manager

A Great Company with growth potential at Corporate HQ is seeking a high performance SEC Financial Reporting Manager. Individual’s currently working for a publicly traded company handling SEC reporting looking for an advancement opportunity. Or someone in Public Accounting working with SEC external clients ready to make the change into industry. This is a great way to get into a company with great exposure to key executives.

In this role you will be responsible for
Providing SEC reporting expertise to company
Preparing financial reports, Q’s and K’s
Assist in planning and input based on analysis.
Be able to make a difference with your input.
Interface with a different levels to gain information needed
Provide financial presentation to executive management
Assist in Ad Hoc special projects – such as M&A

Requirements
BS degree in accounting or finance
4+ years experience reporting or audit experience
Strong software skills.
Statistical analysis and problem solving skills
Strong communication skills.
CPA preferred.

We also are working with two different clients searching for a SEC Senior Reporting and Director of SEC Reporting currently.
