We are currently seeking an experienced SEC Advisory Consultant. to join our growing team.

SolomonEdwardsGroup (SEG) provides a multitude of expert SEC Advisory services to various companies through our Finance and Accounting Services practice. Our professionals assist client organizations by:

•Handling the preparation, review, and filing of financial statements, SEC Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and
•registrations (S-1, S-3, S-4, and S-8) for registered companies
•Performing regulation research and providing technical advice on complex SEC and US GAAP issues
•Performing SEC registration statement preparation and reviews
•Directing the assessment of initial public offering readiness
•Monitoring and assessing the impact of FASB, EITF and SEC newly released financial accounting statements and pronouncements

Our SEC Advisory professionals are supported by a multidisciplinary team of subject matter professionals to help ensure companies are in compliance with the current SEC rules and regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
•8+ years of related work involving extensive exposure to generally accepted accounting
•principles, and accounting rules and regulation of the SEC is required
•BS degree in Accounting or Business (or equivalent) required.
•Must possess or be actively pursuing CPA
•Ability to serve a variety of clients within multiple industries and disciplines
•Client-focused, results-driven and industry-wise
