SAP Payroll Specialist
TIC Holdings, Inc. (TIC), a diversified national heavy industrial contractor, is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist to join its Information Systems Department. Primary duties will initially be to assist in the completion of TIC’s initial go live on SAP’s R3 (4.7) enterprise software, then to join TIC’s permanent SAP support team as an in-house functional and technical resource. Post go live, the successful candidate will analyze and evaluate SAP functionality to meet business needs, including requirements gathering, documentation, set-up activities, configuration, testing and user support for the SAP application.
REQUIREMENTS
Required skills include a minimum of 5 years experience with SAP’s Time and Payroll module who is highly skilled in rule and schema modification, either as a consultant or in-house analyst, an in-depth understanding of SAP from a technical standpoint, a broad understanding of the payroll integration points, a strong understanding of the SAP “ASAP” implementation methodology, and both functional and technical expertise, including configuration experience, in the following areas of HCM: US Payroll, Payroll Rules and Schema’s, Payroll Configuration, and Integration of Time with Payroll (SAP Payroll Required). Experience with SAP Canadian Payroll is a plus. SAP Payroll Certification, prior construction industry experience, or experience with data conversions in the ASAP context is also desirable. Experience with Time Collection and Evaluation would also beneficial.
Minimum educational requirements are a four-year undergraduate degree or the equivalent.
While assisting with TIC’s initial SAP implementation, weekly travel to TIC’s corporate headquarters will be required. Following TIC’s initial go live, the position will be located near a TIC regional office in the Denver area.
