Rural Developement Occupancy Specialist

Classification: Temporary Compensation: $13.00 to $15.00 per hour A company located in the Newark area is looking for a Rural Development Occupancy Specialist. This position is responsible for tracking re-certifications according to due dates and ensure completion by management. It is also responsible for reviewing and monitoring account receivables balances, data entry, working with auditors, monitoring payment agreements, ensure policies are being enforced, monthly report preparation, monitoring evictions and lease violations and month end procedures. Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a housing related field is preferred.
