As a result of our continued success, Robert Half Finance & Accounting is growing and looking for a focused and results oriented Recruiting Manager to join our team.

As a Robert Half Finance & Accounting Recruiting Manager, individual in this position will work in all areas of the recruiting process from selling our services to prospective clients to placement of highly qualified financial professionals. In the sales capacity, he/she will make telephone sales calls for the purpose of prospecting new business and identifying permanent placement needs. Recruiting functions include locating top accounting/finance talent, interviewing applicants, consulting with candidates on industry trends and placing candidates on a permanent basis. Individual in this position will work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Robert Half Finance and Accounting is searching for a results-oriented Recruiting Manager with self-confidence, perseverance, dynamic communication skills and a high sense of urgency. The ideal Recruiting Manager will be a self-starter, who is highly motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic. Qualified candidate must have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration and/or 2 + years sales or public/industry accounting/finance experience. CPA/MBA preferred.
