Provide analysis of regional market performance trends and develop first draft action plans. Develop communication pieces for improved understanding or current issues. Responsibilities will include a major role in Greenbelt Project performing tasks such as: defining issues, researching processes, analyzing and measuring data, determining root causes, developing improvements, and establishing a monitoring platform. Bachelor's preferred; 2 to 3 years.

Required:Demonstrated ability to provide analysis of regional market performance trends and develop first draft action plans Proficiency with Microsoft Office products - Word, Excel Strong oral and written communications skills
