Education Realty Trust (NYSE: EDR), a nationwide real estate investment trust (“REIT”) specializing in the development, ownership, and management of collegiate student housing, has an immediate opening for a Revenue Coordinator. Based in Memphis, TN, this position is responsible for data input of property revenue/rental income for apartment portfolio, reconciling resident accounts, billing/collecting delinquencies, delinquency reports and various month-end reports. Experience with AMSI or E-Site software, apt. property bookkeeping, plus good communication skills to interact with property managers, is essential. Qualified applicant will have experience as assistant manager or bookkeeper in the apartment industry. Comp.wages/benefits.
