Revenue Accountants Needed Immediately!

The Revenue Accountant is responsible for the accuracy of the receivable aging for a portfolio of locations, analyzing accounts, and processing adjustments as needed. Additional functions include: Reconcile daily cash receipts, escalate exceptions, and work with Operations and Operational Audit to research discrepancies. Analyze daily credit card settlements. Identify discrepancies and assist Operations and/or IT to resolve training or Point of Sale technology issue. Prepare reconciliations for Change Orders, COD, and Petty Cash delivered to field offices, ensuring that all funds are properly recorded and received. Perform monthly reconciliation of various sub-ledger accounts to the general ledger. Participate in review meetings with Operations and Financial Reporting teams. Support Operations and Customer Service Departments in new business or client relationship matters.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and requirements include a B.S. degree in related field or equivalent work experience; 1-3 years of accounting related work experience; and computer literacy, proficiency in Excel. Candidates also must possess the ability to perform within a multi-task environment and have strong oral and written communication skills.
