Revenue Accountant/Analyst

Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP is seeking an experienced Revenue Accountant or Analyst to work in our Houston office. This position will be responsible for the recording and analysis of transportation and storage revenues, reconciling monthly balance sheet accounts and month revenue reporting. Duties will also include building forecast and providing ad hoc analysis to support contract negotiations.



Qualified candidates will have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years accounting or financial analyst experience with strong Microsoft Excel skills, good problem solving skills, the ability to deal with complex, abstract subjects, and an outgoing and inquisitive nature. The individual in this role will need to work well under pressure and effectively manage multiple, conflicting priorities with minimal supervision. Experience with database tools such as Microsoft Access or Business Objects is helpful though not required, and Natural Gas Pipeline industry experience would also be a plus.
