Retained Recruiter/Account Manager

JOBPLEX, INC., an affiliate of DHR International (the fifth largest retained search firm in the United States), is currently looking to add a Retained Recruiter/Account Manager to our downtown Denver staff. Founded in 1996, JobPlex was created to serve the worldwide middle management market, thereby complimenting the retained executive search services provided by DHR International. REQUIREMENTS
THE EXPERIENCED RETAINED RECRUITER/ACCOUNT MANAGER:
• Has been successful recruiting candidates and has a proven track record of identifying top talent through multiple channels.
• Has the ability to partner with and form great client and candidate relationships, but doesn’t like the burden of new business development.
• Is ready to step up in the level of sophistication regarding clients, resources, and business model.
• Wants to be in an environment where his or her contributions do not go unnoticed or unappreciated.
• Has industry talent and can teach, mentor, and collaborate to drive a higher quality recruiting process.
• Wants to work with high-profile clients who value JobPlex’s size, capabilities, client relationships, and quality of resources and is tired of all the time and energy lost trying to connect with contingency clients.
• Has a strong measure of autonomy and is not micro-managed or in a bull pen environment.
