Senior Accountant
3-7 yrs. Exp.
Degreed
A-Z Exp. in accounting including exp. in preparing and analysis of financial statements and monthly reports. Prepare, review assist with and/or approve journal entries, general ledger accounts, travel requirements, payroll, expense reports, invoice, balance reconciliation or margin trend analysis. Assist with Auditing as well as Interacting with staff and customers to research and resolve problems. Recommend solutions for improving accounting process. Write and review internal procedures. Give function guidance and direction to lower level staff.

Accounts Payable Supervisor
3+ yrs. exp. degreed-must have exp. managing staff.
Manage 5-person AP team to ensure quality service for internal and external customers. This position would include some hands-on AP duties, including monthly account reconciliation of GL accounts, preparation and distribution of month end reports, wire transfers for vendor payments, and preparation for Year End 1099 reporting for the entire Co. Supervisor and Management duties include leading, motivating, development. Must be well versed in Oracle ERP for accounting conversion. Contribute to process improvements.
