Resource Management Senior Associate

Responsibilities:
Provide practice management support to the tax practice by focusing on staff utilization/scheduling, training, performance management and staff development

Assist Business Unit Partner In Charge (BUPIC) in monitoring Manager and staff utilization and balancing client load between Managers and staff

Analyze headcount, project utilization, availability, non-charge and leverage

Assist BUPIC and internal accounting in analysis around hours, FTE and utilization components of annual plan including forecasting and projections

Manage tax’s attendance at core tax courses and other practice and firm-sponsored training in addition to conducting local tax orientation for Interns and new hires

Schedule training, review reports and monitor compliance with expense policies
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
A college degree from an accredited college/university

Five years of experience working in a tax, audit or advisory environment

Experience working in a tax department and/or scheduling experience

Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook and an aptitude for managing and navigating various database programs

Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills

Detail-oriented, deadline driven, and able to multi-task

Ability to work collaboratively and independently with minimal supervision
