Resource Management Associate

Maintenance of Resource Management System and hands on user of the system

Use the Resource Management System to develop schedules for new client engagements and maintain schedules of existing engagements

Effectively balance resource supply and client demand

Work with Manager on allocation of staff resources, using independent judgment, to assist with the creation or selection of strategies and helping ensure that experience of staff on each engagement is diverse

Monitor staff progress toward chargeable goals and perform analysis of underutilized staff

Produce, analyze, and evaluate reports on utilization metrics

Schedule and coordinate staff assignments based on engagement requirements and priorities

Assist engagement Managers and staff on scheduling of training and engagements helping ensure that neither is compromised

Work with Manager and Senior Associate to resolve conflicts escalated by the Scheduling Coordinator

Monitor non-chargeable time of staff and help ensure that the levels are appropriate
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university

One year of experience in resource management

Strong computer skills, including downloading reports and running macros
