Resource Management Analyst, Senior
Key Role: Provide resource management consulting services to defense clients. Provide analytical support for the DoD planning, programming, budgeting, and execution system. Review, analyze, and provide recommendations to the DoD program objective memorandum and budget estimate submission. Deliver analytical support to a team providing technical, managerial, policy, and procedural direction for resource management, financial management process improvements, and modernization planning for complex DoD programs and systems. Prepare reports and presentations for colleagues, senior managers, and clients. Develop and implement business, marketing, and client capture strategies and proposals to attain new and expanded Booz Allen assignments.
Job Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience as a DoD resource manager or a budget or financial analyst
-Knowledge of DoD resource management, financial management, and acquisition laws, regulations, functions, requirements, and systems
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with developing innovative and creative ideas or projects in DoD, RM, and FM functions and systems
-Experience with DoD acquisition programs and systems
-Experience with handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
-Experience with directly supporting an administrator or manager
-Knowledge of DoD or basic accounting principles and the FAR
-BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
