Residential Builder Account Specialists

Opportunity for an outgoing person to join a residential interiors company's marketing team, marketing a major name brand in the greater Atlanta region. This company is looking for (1) person ideally based out of Atlanta. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiating and organizational skills are required. Must be self-starter, persistent, energetic and genuine concern for customers and their success. Salary position with benefit package. Overnight travel required. Travel and Business expenses company paid.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Call on retail stores and residential builder accounts to implement Brand Strategies and marketing programs. Full range of marketing activities, to include territory analysis and continual development of dealer base, functioning in an advisor role with store owners and builder accounts, provide staff training, special event attendance and frequent store visits to insure that growth objectives are met. Provide market and customer feedback to insure that the customer requirements are fulfilled.

REQUIREMENTS
PROFILE OF CANDIDATE
Experience in making presentations to groups of all sizes. Some form of residential contract, builder, design center, or manufacturer rep experience required--No Exceptions. The ability to mentor and coach other Territory Managers with their accounts. To provide guidance on the branded programs to the Builder Teams. Ability to speak in front of people without a script. Ability to develop strong relationship with clients. Ability to work independently and occasionally in a team sales environment. Ability/willingness to travel the geography territory weekly. Computer skills required a minimum of Word, Excel and Power Point. Customer Service or Sales background helpful - flooring sales a plus. Two - Three years marketing experience preferred. College Degree - required.
