Responsibilities for this position will include producing client review books, coordinating the production of reviews, preparing backup materials for client reviews, maintaining a client review calendar, generating monthly update reports, maintaining the monthly update matrix, updating the performance attribution system, generating client specific performance attributions, and maintaining the document management library.The Reporting Associate is also responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data provided within reviews and updates, improving the efficiency of the generation process, proactively developing ways to enhance the appearance of client materials and assisting the senior members in the department as necessary. Other duties will be required.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will have: a Bachelor's Degree; some experience in the finance industry is preferred; strong proficiency with Microsoft Power Point and Excel; excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; superior communication skills; keen attention to detail and an aptitude for working with numbers; willingness to learn industry specific software; as well as the ability to be energetic and motivated in a fast-paced, team-oriented, deadline-sensitive environment.
