Aaron's is currently searching for collection industry candidates who feel that they are the best employees in the industry, and who have the drive and desire to learn and grow professionally. This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of the most successful 1st party customer call and collection centers in the Atlanta market. These positions focus on problem resolution and customer retention through the efficient, accurate, and timely handling of inbound and outbound calls from Aaron's customers and retail store locations.Job Requirements
To be considered, candidates responding to this advertisement should consider themselves to be a top producer in their current (or most recent) assignment, have at least 2 years of recent collections or collections management experience (1st party or 3rd party), have a thorough understanding of the FDCPA, and a basic knowledge of collection software and computer systems. Bilingual candidates or candidates with prior collection management experience will be given special consideration, but this is not a requirement to be considered. All candidates MUST be able to pass a nationwide criminal background check, and MUST pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
