Our Client: One of Chicago's most respected and fastest-growing banks, with locations throughout the Greater Metropolitan area.

Opportunity: Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

As a Relationship Manager, you would be responsible for working with a $40MM Commercial portfolio, managing the bank's relationships with existing customers.

You would also be responsible for the review and underwriting of credit requests and ensuring satisfaction level of services provided.

In this role there is also a strong emphasis on continued business development by generating new loans, deposits, and cross-selling of all bank services.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

* Progressive experience as a credit analyst/ underwriter, or in a commercial lending role
* Formal credit training is a strong plus
* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience, required


Compensation: Compensation is dependent upon experience. However, this employer does provide top-level base pay as well as attainable performance bonuses and industry-leading benefits.
