The Clients and Markets Regional Finance Mangers provide support as a key business advisor to the Regional Managing Partners in the execution of their roles and responsibilities as market place leaders, by providing strategic, business and financial analysis and support for the marketplace.  The primary focus in this position is on implementation and execution of the marketplace strategy through business planning, scorecard analysis and interpretation, and marketplace budget and investment analysis.  Consistently deliver excellent client service in the manner of a trusted business advisor by understanding needs and objectives, creating value added analysis, learning to identify pain points, being
responsive, anticipating clients needs, and the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines.  In addition to the RMP, this position will also interact with RILs, RMP SCS, lead client service partners, and other key stakeholders.
 
 Provide value added support to RMP, RMPSCS and other regional leadership for strategic planning and market segmentation initiatives to help leadership ensure region alignment with firm and local strategies and goals through -
       Support of SCS planning process
       Support for the Strategic framework and market segmentation
       Making recommendations on Best Practice
       Adhoc analyses
       Industry mapping and planning support
 Become expert on end to end revenue chain to assist leadership in understanding results and identifying issues in reporting.   Develop expertise in MARS/CRM BW reporting by executing the following
       Identification/Development/Utilization of standard reporting
       Interpretation and
analysis of results
       Management and generation of ad hoc reporting requests
       Revenue reconciliation/research projects
       Identification and correction of data integrity issues - College degree with emphasis in finance and accounting is required with 5-8 years related experience.
- Advance computer application skills, along with strong analytical, project management and organizational skills
- Demonstrated experience in working with senior level management
- Knowledge of firm systems, including SAP (MARS, CRM, DPS) a plus
