Regional Accounting Manager - Long Term Care

HealthBridge Management, based in Concord, MA, is part of a family run company who has been operating skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers for over 30 years. We are expanding and have centers located in New Jersey, New England and the Mid Atlantic regions. This growth in the field has brought on the need for strong internal support and we are currently looking for a Regional Accounting Manager for our Massachusetts and Connecticut Region.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Manage a Regional Accounting staff of 3 for 25 facilities in MA and CT.

-Manage monthly P&L close process, including communications with operating (facility administrators) and executive (finance and operating) levels.

-Review and/or prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations for facilities.

-Prepare monthly P&L forecasts with administrators and region operations.

-Conduct annual Budget process.

-Manage financial training and development.

-Conduct monthly facility site visits.

-Manage the annual Medicare and Medicaid cost report preparation process.

-Complete region projects as required.
REQUIREMENTS

Overall 5 to 7 years experience with 3 to 5 years management experience.

Must have health care experience, preferably senior care facilities.

Experience with Medicare and Medicaid process and regulations.

Oracle experience strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of Excel required.
