AIM Healthcare is currently seeking a Regional Account Manager in the Fayetteville, NC area. 75% of the daily duties & tasks include performing on-site credit balance reviews in the hospital sector. Candidate will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and recovering overpayments made to providers. In addition, the ideal candidate for this position will be an enthusiastic, success-driven business professional with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to develop and maintain business relationships with hospital facilities.
For this role, AIM provides an intensive and demanding, four-week, company paid, classroom and field based training program to ensure your thorough understanding of the position, as well as the company.

REQUIREMENTS
Candidate must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal/written/presentation). Required knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Access). Insurance and healthcare experience is preferred for this position. Must be comfortable working both independently and with co-workers in a team-focused setting.
Preferred Experience:
-Reimbursement and or Billing knowledge
-Knowledge of Financial Reporting
-Experience researching unpaid and denied insurance claims
-Familiarity with secondary billing, appeals and contractual adjustments
-Previous experience in a physician or hospital business office working with insurance companies
