As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for:

Proactively source and identify candidates by utilizing company leads, referrals, industry contacts, networking and your own creativity.

Profile and interview potential candidates for our client needs.

Match candidate skills to current client needs

Set up and prepare candidates for client interviews

Present job offers to candidates and identify start dates
REQUIREMENTS
To be successful as a Recruiter, you must be outgoing, energetic, proactive, focused, dependable, professional and have the ability to multitask.
