The Washington DC - based regional office of Kelly Financial Resources has a need for a dynamic, team oriented producer to contribute to the permanent/direct hire recruiting. Due to our fast growth, we are seeking to add a Recruiter to develop a pipeline of candidates for submittals against job requisitions of our customer base. This candidate must also be able to identify, pre-screen and pre-qualify candidates in a professional Financial environment. Positions and candidates will be based in all areas of the United States, so must have excellent phone interview skills. This person must be able to work as a member of the team and communicate directly with our clients to identify the specific needs of the hiring managers.
