Rebillable Supervisor

Ryder is seeking a Rebillables Supervisor who will be responsible for the following:
· Responsible for initial hiring of SSC Rebillables associates and analysts to support all 75 U.S. & Canadian districts
· Develop and manage a staff of 15 to 20 associates and analysts
· Maintain, coordinate and manage maintenance peg billing for lease & RPM customers
· Audit rebillables billing associates monthly checklist to ascertain employees are following established processes & guidelines
· Communicate with CBU General Managers and service personnel on an as needed basis
· Supervise the day to day operations of the rebillables billing area for the assigned districts
· Partner with rebillables billing training to continually improve billing quality and efficiency
· Position reports to 1 of 4 Directors here at the Shared Service Center
· All other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience/Skills/Required Qualifications:

· BS in Business/Finance/Accounting and/or related field required.
· Five (5) years experience in Rebillables billing or billing experience required
· Three plus (3+) years supervisory experience
· Ability to monitor and establish standards (quality/quantity)
· Computer literacy (Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· Extensive knowledge of AS400, Walker Systems, and FIS billing programs
· Proven change management skills
· Team building/leadership skills
· Must have the ability to implement new initiatives using strategic concepts that can be deployed to tactical actions.
· Effective presentation, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills are a must in order to influence and persuade.
· Ability to make key decisions with minimal or no supervision.
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel).
