Reat Estate Analyst

Classification: Full Time Compensation: Pay up to $80000 per year Newly created position for a fast growing commercial real estate company!
Overall responsibilities of the position include: Portfolio analysis, production of financial models, Argus models, variance reports and projections for property financials, due diligence on acquisition/disposition of properties, analysis of real estate markets. This is a highly visible position that offers an excellent career track!
Requirements: 3 or more years of relevant experience. Specific knowledge of net present value, internal rates of return, Argus, cap rates and discount rates. Should have strong computer skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and strong verbal and written communication skills. MUST have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Real Estate.
