Job Description:
As a member and leader of our talented and innovative Real Estate Construction team, the Manager will oversee the technical, business, and personnel aspects of multiple advisory projects and assist in leading sales efforts within client engagements. The successful candidate will apply project management techniques and individual technical and/or business knowledge to ensure the high quality of work products and project deliverables. Participate in the advisory engagement and communicate complex real estate issues to the team and the client. REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To qualify for this highly visible position and an excellent opportunity for career advancement, candidates must have: an undergraduate or graduate degree in Construction Management, Civil or Mechanical Engineering and/or Architecture is required. 6 to 10 years of experience working in a professional services environment, or particular business/industry experience to meet special needs applicable experience with good fundamental design and construction project management skills experience with project controls (scheduling and cost control), project engineering, and/or cost engineering preferred claims work preferably with some industrial/ power (electrical generation) experience is a plus blueprint reading, construction cost estimation, and construction industry work experience required accounting/finance experience required strong quantitative, written, verbal, and presentation skills excellent teamwork and leadership skills
The successful candidate must also be willing and able to travel, when necessary.
