Rapidly growing real estate development and management firm is seeking a highly motivated individual for a staff accountant position with tremendous opportunity for advancement. Responsibilities will include maintaining books and records for company and for individual projects and establishing and maintaining financial monitoring procedures for construction projects and operating assets.
REQUIREMENTS
Individual must have an accounting or similar degree with excellent academic record and minimum of 3 years of real estate accounting experience. Strong communication and computer skills also a must. Yardi software a big plus.
