Position Title: Rating Supervisor

Job Summary:
Coordinates proposed policies, procedures, systems, forms, and reports among all departments and locations. Analyzes existing forms and methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance or other methods. Installs new systems and procedures in various departments and instructs personnel regarding them, and recommends installation of office equipment and business machines.
Responsible for direct supervision of Operations support staff who supp ort one or more Business Units in a processing location. Makes, and implements, recommendations on improving workflow/processes of a functional area or accountability. Ensures the volume of work produced meets or exceeds service standards and quality expectations.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent

4 or more years of related experience.

1. Insurance designation preferred.
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
