We bring individuals into our management program with at least two years of college or two years of management to master all aspects of our business. There is extensive training with our sales, marketing, collections, and accounts programs so that he/she will have the ability to be promoted to General Manager of one of our stores and run that store successfully.BASE Salary BASED ON EXP.
