Reservation Manager

As the Reservation Manager, you will be responsible for the operational needs of the reservation department of a 24 x 7 after-hours global travel service in accordance with company and customer requirements.
Responsibilities of Reservation Manager Position:
Manage department key performance metrics and business goal objectives to achieve maximum results
Responsible for annual performance reviews
Oversee scheduling to ensure optimal staffing
Provide coaching for continual improvement
Ensure compliance and develop feedback systems to promote individual success of front-line agents
Manage incentive program for front line agentsWHO WE ARE

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications for Reservation Manager Position:
3-5 years call center experience within travel industry preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build solid professional relationships
Excellent verbal and written skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong travel management background in order to effectively handle escalated customer service issues
Professional extroverted demeanor able to work in a geographical diverse team environment
Knowledge of at least on GDS system (Apollo, Sabre, Worldspan, or Amadeus)
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations, such as fluctuations in volumes, shifts, staff and special projects
Ability to manage a remote workforce
