Responsibilities include: Targeting Driving Force Managers, Vice Presidents of Sales/Marketing, Vice Presidents of Technology, and Vice Presidents of HR as prospective clients Utilizing consultative sales methods to sell CareerBuilder.com products over the phone and in-person to staffing companies in a defined territoryCreating unique product combinations and solutions to meet each clients’ individual needs Growing client base: Prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, overcome objections and close new accountsRenewing accountsScheduling and running presentations to demonstrate productsGenerating revenue, and exceeding attainable monthly quotaDeveloping loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal attention and follow-upUnderstanding current trends within the online recruitment industry, and informing clients why CareerBuilder.com is #1!

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 2 - 4 years proven outside B2B sales experience
Documented proof of quota attainment and regional or national sales ranking in top 20%
Current employment in B2B outside sales position
Experience developing a territory
High activity sales cycle for generating new business
