R&A Consultant - Healthcare Accounting / Finance

Our Network Intelligence department works with health plans regarding the management of their provider networks. We're looking for an experienced accounting or finance professional to lead a team of analysts, as well as conduct analysis and provide consultation to new and existing clients. Primary responsibilities include:
Providing consultation to clients regarding market competitiveness and strategy, as related to the management of their provider networks
Conducting analysis for clients
Designing analytics around audited financial statements and other soures of public data
Mentoring the team
Guiding analysts through the process and serving as a key point of contact
Supporting business development as needed
Job Requirements:
Accounting or finance experience is required, ideally with a large accounting firm. Previous management experience is also needed. Public accounting experience is preferred. Must demonstrate strong business writing skills. Experience in project management and working in the healthcare field is preferred. A Bachelor's degree is required in a related discipline. CPA or MBA preferred.
