QUALITY SYTEMS SPECIALIST/GMP AUDITOR

Food Safety

Quality Assurance

Steritech offers a broad range of quality assurance services from vendor certification and supply chain quality to retail brand integrity audits and consulting.

We currently have an opening for a Quality Systems Specialist in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities Include
Performing food safety and quality system audits at manufacturing level
Developing and maintaining client relationships
Facilitating communication of food safety and quality system information to clients
Client training and education on food safety policies and procedures
Data entry and report writing
This position will travel extensively in PA, DE, MD, NY and MA. Quality Systems Specialists work from a home office; the candidate is not required to live in Philadelphia
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a science and/or comparable experience in food safety, microbiology or quality assurance
Strong technical knowledge of food safety and GMP auditing
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential
A valid driver's license and good driving record
Candidates must be well organized and comfortable working independently
