Job Description:
The Americas Independence practice combines strategy, design and process building to ensure that Ernst & Young is focused on all independence matters. We are in need of a bright, energetic, self-starter to perform at high levels on a part-time basis (minimum of 24 hours a week). Responsibilities Liaise with senior level internal clients around public company independence matters Conduct research on SEC registrants Conduct research relating to firm clients on internal firm databases Support PCIP team members with special projects as necessary Work with other individuals within Americas Independence as necessaryErnst & Young LLP, an equal opportunity employer, values the diversity of our work force and the knowledge of our people.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications: To qualify, candidates must have: Or be in pursuit of, a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related business discipline Exceptional project management/organizational skills, including strong attention to detail Exceptional communications skills Ability to work in a demanding, multitasking environment The ability to interface with all levels of management The ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment Strong analytical and problem solving skills Familiarity with Excel, Word, Lotus Notes
