Quality Assurance Auditor / Inspector

•Conduct planned and random audits of manufacturing processes in a thorough and effective manner according to established practices and guidelines.

•Conduct planned and random audits of product during and after the production processes in a thorough and effective manner according to established practices and guidelines.

•Coordinate precise and ongoing calibration activities for all company equipment.

•Collect and enter all inspection/audit data and produce reports as specified.

•Order appropriate measuring and test equipment as specified and required.

•Adequately complete tasks as directed by manager with minimum supervision.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience:
•Minimum High School diploma or equivalent
•1 year of specialized training and or 2 to 5 years experience in similar position.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


•Must be experienced in conducting audits of product and manufacturing processes.

•Must demonstrate effective verbal and written interpersonal communications.

•Must be knowledgeable of calibration equipment and processes.

•Must be detail oriented.

•Must be able to demonstrate solid documentation skills.

•Must be able to effectively use standard measurement equipment (i.e. calipers, meters)

•Must be able to effectively facilitate multiple projects and tasks at the same time.

•Must be familiar with Visual Quality.

•Must understand customer/agency inspection and release processes.

•Must understand and demonstrate ability to effectively facilitate Quality Systems auditing activities and processes.
