Quality Analyst Auditor

DUTIES:
The primary responsibility of this position is to audit the accuracy of work performed in the Customer Service departments. This position performs quality control audits to determine the performance standards of the individuals audited. Based upon the results, this position will make recommendations to the department supervisor for additional training and determine trends that need adjustments in the workflow. Will assist the Supervisor and/or Training Coordinator in the training of new employees and perform individualized department training. Proficiency in this position will require a comprehensive knowledge of the Customer Service Departments procedures, the company products, and systems.

REQUIREMENTS
• An acute attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Detailed knowledge of the various company products and procedures
• In depth knowledge of how to interpret plan codes, option codes, and the various legacy system screens (this includes the New Business and Policy Admin Systems)
• Working knowledge of AWD workflow and Correspondence system
• Working Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Access and Excel
• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Two to Three years Insurance Experience in a Customer Service or Policy Administration environment
• Experience with Image workflow
• Working Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access
