QA Audit Manager

As a member of our exclusive team, you'll enjoy exceptional rewards and growth opportunities.We need a talented individual to fill the role of Quality Assurance Audit Manager.This person provides support and direction for the daily activities of the QA audit group. Responsibilities include scheduling, completion, and delivery of results for the monthly QA audit within the outlined deadlines by performing the following duties personally or through direct reports.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Analyze complex or diverse information; collect and research data; use intuition, education and experience to evaluate operations and identify areas of risk and/or improvement, including fraud.
Act as liaison with operations/production department and effectively communicate and evaluate input on QA audit findings to develop recommendations.
Responsible for planning and directing budgets, goals, and business objectives of the company and the department
Lead and motivate direct report staff to ensure maximum efficiency and compliance to department, NCMC, Home 123, state and federal guidelines.
Monitor audits performed daily to insure completion the designation percent of review audits are performed by the scheduled completion date.
Provide a monthly report to the QA Audit Manager on quality of the audits and recommend corrective actions.
Provide ongoing training to direct reports
Stay abreast of regulatory, operational, investor guidelines and techniques within the companies to insure QA auditors are aware of the most recent process and procedures.
Provide input for decision-making on case-by-case bases to identify the root cause of problems identified within the monthly audit results and develop recommendations to be submitted to Senior Management
Participate with the QA Audit Manager to identify trends that represent risk to the company and develop recommendations to be submitted to executive Management.
Coordinate with the QA Operation Manager and QA Audit Manager on training needs and coordinate resources to insure complete and timely training is accomplished.
Coordinate with the QA Audit Manager to insure Targeted audits are completed within an acceptable time schedule.Bachelors' degree or equivalent is required; with a minimum of five years successful business/financial analysis experience, preferably as a senior underwriter for an agency, government, or sub-prime market with FHA or VA experience. Prior experience in credit underwriting, quality control & audit is required. Must have a minimum of three years management experience. Must be proficient in MS Office Products including Word, Excel, Access, Visio and Outlook and experience with QA software Second Look by TenA is helpful.In our friendly, business casual environment, we offer highly competitive compensation with excellent benefits including a matching 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
