Public Auditors Assurance Senior to Senior Manager

All levels needed for all aspects of the audit practice. The ideal candidates will prepare and review cost reports. Standards of Payment reports. Consolidated Fiscal Reports. AHCF1
Prepare financial statements with disclosures. Perform operational reviews. "In-charge" of audits-responsible for all stages of the audit-planning, field-work and "wrap-up". Communicate suggestions to improve client processes and accounting procedures. Responsible for training and supervising associates. Document, validate, develop test to assess various control systems. Develop and maintain ongoing busines relationships with client personnel. Evaluate internal controls, prepare and analyze financial statements, prepare tax returns as well as supervise staff members on the engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
All Candidates must have Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting. CPA certification a plus.Some of the positions require supervisory experience. At least 3 years recent public accounting (audit) experience highly desired. Experience in performing operational reviews. Audit of areas specific to the insurance industry such as loss reserves, reinsurance, premiums & claims cycle, ect. Knowledge of statutory accounting principals.
Sarbanes-Oxley 404 Professional Services needed. External financial GAAP auditing. Internal auditing, financial and operational based procedures. Requires proficiency in "common" financial IS environments.
